Important Guidelines

Modern & Structured Hackathon Rules

  • Teams must consist of 4–6 members, with at least one female member.
  • Only one mentor per team is permitted.
  • Team leader must complete the registration form with all member details.
  • Multi-disciplinary teams are encouraged.
  • Participants may join only one team.
  • At least 3 members must be present at the designated work area.
  • All members and mentor must belong to same institution.

  • All work must be created during the hackathon timeline.
  • Projects must align with the given themes or problem statements.
  • Use of pre-existing projects is not allowed except permitted open-source libraries.
  • Teams must develop original code during the event.
  • Organizers may conduct code originality checks.
  • A working prototype or live model is mandatory.

  • All projects must be submitted before the deadline.
  • Submissions must include code, description, and presentation.
  • Each team must present their solution to the judging panel.
  • Presentations should highlight innovation and technical depth.

  • Any cheating, plagiarism, or misconduct will result in disqualification.
  • Cross-team collaboration is not allowed.
  • Participants must follow code of conduct and respectful behavior.
  • Property or equipment damage will lead to legal responsibility.

  • No TA/DA will be provided for participation.
  • Prizes: 1st, 2nd, 3rd — no problem-statement-based prizes.
  • All decisions are final by judges and organizers.
  • Organizers are not liable for personal loss or injury.
  • Rules may be updated and will be communicated promptly.
  • Participants allow the event to use photos/videos for promotion.
